Alan Gibson, Senior Lawyer

Alan has a range of corporate and private practice experience in the energy, infrastructure, resources and commercial sectors.? Alan commenced his legal career in private practice, leaving his position as a Senior Associate with Blake Dawson Waldron in 2006 to move in-house with Alinta Limited.

Alan has most recently worked as a Senior Lawyer (in-house) for ASX listed company Moly Mines Limited, developing the Spinifex Ridge molybdenum/copper development project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

David Winch, Lawyer

Prior to becoming a solicitor, David gained in excess of 10 years experience in the mining sector mainly working on site for mining contractors.

In 2005, David?s career took a change of direction when he completed a law degree at the University of Western Australia and commenced articles with law firm Jarman McKenna.? Most recently David worked at Jackson McDonald undertaking a variety of contractual advisory work, litigation, occupational health and safety and employee relations work.

Helen Verrier, Senior Lawyer

Helen has over a decade?s experience working for global corporates in the petroleum, mining and energy sectors. Helen was a senior associate with Allens Arthur Robinson prior to moving in-house in 2005.

Helen has worked on a broad range of matters relating to the exploration, development and production phases of mining and oil and gas projects in Australasia and Papua New Guinea, including: joint venture arrangements; long term gas sales contracts; unitisation agreements; and regulatory matters. Helen has significant transaction experience in the sale and acquisition of petroleum assets and has also worked on wind energy projects.

Jennifer commenced her legal career at Blake Dawson before becoming General Legal Counsel at Challenger Financial Services in 1998. Blake Dawson including working as in-house counsel on secondment with Shell Development Australia Pty Ltd. More recently Jennifer has been employed part time as Acting General Counsel at the ASX listed gold mining company, Avoca Resources.

Jan Macpherson, Consultant

Jan has considerable experience as an in-house legal counsel and company secretary.? Much of that experience was gleaned acting as Group Manager of the WMC legal team for some 9 years in both Perth and Melbourne.

In recent years Jan has established herself as a consultant Company Secretary and in-house lawyer and has been providing services to publicly listed companies in the telecommunications, multi-media and resources fields and also to private companies in environmental management, real estate and retail distribution.
